The hotel offers apartment-style rooms that are a great value for the price, but some aspects like the lack of cooking implements and outdated furniture could be improved. The service was polite and professional in most areas, but there were instances of unprofessional behavior. The location is convenient, close to city amenities and main roadways. The dining experience was satisfactory, although the lack of nearby restaurants could be a drawback.

The hotel's location was convenient during my visits in Las Cruces and El Paso areas. The enclosed parking was a great feature, but the far distance from downtown was a drawback. The room service was efficient, and the staff was courteous and professional. However, the lack of a buffet line for breakfast was disappointing. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained, offering a pleasant experience overall.

I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. While the rooms were nice and clean, unfortunately, their location facing a busy highway brought constant noise from commercial trucks until the early hours of the morning. On the positive side, the rooms were equipped with a safe for valuables and a small table, which was convenient.
